Kesiapan mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling terhadap kecerdasan buatan dan konseling digital: tinjauan berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan usia

Abstract


Integrasi kecerdasan buatan (AI) dan teknologi digital dalam layanan konseling menuntut kesiapan mahasiswa bimbingan dan konseling sebagai calon konselor. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesiapan mahasiswa terhadap AI dan konseling digital berdasarkan jenis kelamin dan usia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan melibatkan 307 mahasiswa yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling, terdiri atas 45 laki-laki (14,66%) dan 262 perempuan (85,34%). Data dikumpulkan menggunakan CSAIDCRS yang terdiri atas 21 item dan tujuh dimensi dengan skala Likert lima poin serta reliabilitas Cronbach’s Alpha >0,70. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 225 mahasiswa (73%) berada pada kategori kesiapan tinggi. Secara deskriptif, skor rata-rata mahasiswa laki-laki lebih tinggi (M=84,44) dibandingkan perempuan (M=79,79). Berdasarkan usia, kelompok 23–25 tahun memiliki rata-rata tertinggi (M=81,68), sedangkan kelompok 20–22 tahun merupakan responden terbanyak. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya penguatan literasi AI, kompetensi konseling digital, dan kesiapan etis mahasiswa.
